I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. All of my questions were answered prior to the session, and both the initial and follow up sessions were completed without any issues. my technician was amazing, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I liked the shape before she added the numbing medicine for microblading. the recovery process went exactly as she described and I loved the final results. I highly recommend!

After researching "Powder brows" and all their variations, I decided to commit my brows to Opulence and am so glad I did.
I had an emergency come up before our initial appointment and it was easy to reschedule.
My technician was very knowledge, reassuring, and easily stenciled on the perfect brow for me. She asked for my input, but it seemed she'd already chosen the right shade and shape for my face, complexion and hair color. We went forward with the procedure!
During the process she had the music perfectly tuned for me, and yummy snacks water mints and gum for breaks.
Upon leaving she gave me simple verbal & written instructions on how to care for my new brows in the days to come.
I'm eager to see the results after a couple weeks and to go back for my complimentary 2 mo. Follow up!
